1. Scope
This policy applies to the SellerCare - Auto Ghim Chrome extension version 0.1.15 and the license activation service operated through Livestream Monitor at monitor.elep.vn.
2. Data used for licensing
When a user requests or checks a license, the extension sends only the minimum data needed to identify the license and installation:
- the registration email entered by the user;
- a random installation identifier generated by the extension;
- an authentication secret used to prove that later status checks belong to the same installation;
- the installed extension version; and
- the Chrome extension identifier and browser type required to validate the request origin.
The service also creates operational license records such as approval status, request and review timestamps, license expiry, and the permitted device limit. The raw authentication secret is transmitted over HTTPS and is not stored by the license database; only its SHA-256 hash is retained.
3. Data we do not collect
The extension does not transmit TikTok Shop content or business data to Livestream Monitor. This includes:
- TikTok Shop page content, livestream content, comments, orders, products, customers, or seller analytics;
- TikTok, Google, Lark, or other account passwords and session cookies;
- payment card, bank account, billing, or transaction data;
- general browsing history, keystrokes, or unrelated page content.
The extension keeps its Auto Pin settings locally in Chrome, including the selected product ordinal and a short product name used as a control-bar label. This local label is never sent to Livestream Monitor.
4. How the data is used
License data is used solely to process activation requests, approve or revoke access, enforce license expiry and device limits, return license status, prevent unauthorized token reuse, and troubleshoot the license service.
5. Sale and sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share license data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics. Access is limited to authorized operators and infrastructure strictly necessary to operate and secure the license service.
6. Retention and security
License records are retained while needed to operate the license, enforce security decisions, and resolve support issues. Requests use HTTPS, authentication secrets are stored only as one-way hashes, and administrative access is restricted.
7. Requests and contact
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of license information, contact the Elep administrator or organization representative who issued access to the extension. Deleting a license record may prevent that installation from using licensed features.
8. Changes to this policy
If the extension's data practices materially change, this page will be updated before the new practice is introduced, and the effective date will be revised.
